Sponsored by Good Hart Artist Residency

Join us for a magical afternoon of poetry, music and art on the beautiful grounds of the Hindle-Ross Trails near Cross Village. Stroll over 2 miles of rolling hills, through fields and forests and encounter poets, musicians, an analemmatic sundial, a lookout tower with views of Waugoshance Point and the Upper Peninsula, quotes carved in stone, dappled shade and seating areas, and the enchantment that happens when art meets nature.
This event will feature the music of Holly Keller-Thompson and Joe Thompson, poetry readings by David Frederick, Tiffany Lenau, Jeremy Palmer, Dar Charlebois, Megan Kellner, Tracy Deering, a community poem, and a collaborative fairy house art project led by artists Susan Lyman and Fern and Olive McCormack.
In the fairy glen, collaborate on construction of a new fairy house neighborhood. Acorns, mosses, twigs, bark and other building materials have been gathered, and the fairies are eager to move in! They just need your imagination and creative touch.
The event is free, but parking is limited; you must register for a free parking pass using the link below.
The event registration will close when all the parking spaces are claimed. With your registration/parking pass, you may bring as many passengers as you like. Passengers do not need to be registered. Carpooling is encouraged!
