Sue Klco – Board Chair and Co-founder

(100% Volunteer)

Sue is the founder, Executive Director, and current Board Chair of the Good Hart Artist Residency. She is a retired biologist and high school science teacher. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Michigan and a Masters in Education from the University of Missouri Kansas City.

Carrie Tebeau – Associate Director

Carrie Strand Tebeau is a poet and fiber artist. She holds an MFA from the University of Michigan and has helped direct the Bear River Writers Conference for over twenty years. She lives in Petoskey with her husband, daughters, and two bird dogs. When she’s not working you can find her roaming the woods or paddling her canoe, contemplating how she could translate the scenery into knitted objects.

Bill Klco – Co-founder

(100% Volunteer)

Bill is the current Director of Operations for the Good Hart Artist Residency. He is a retired technology executive having worked for several medical-related software companies over his 35-year career. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Ferris State University and a Masters in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
